As per the booking terms and conditions, deposits and tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets need to match the name on the booking, if you have a ticket that is for a friend you can login to your account and update the name on the ticket up to 6 weeks before the event.
If you have booked the hotel directly for additional days before or after the package dates, you can contact the hotel about linking your rooms so there is no need to check out and check in again.
You can also enquire with the hotel directly about early check-in and late check-out.

GENERAL
The official events take place from Thursday September 17th until the early morning of Monday 21st September 2026.
The accommodations and the events are in and around St Paul's Bay, St Julian's and Gianpula Village.
Yes, the events are 18+
Yes, photo ID will be required to enter venues and when collecting wristbands at the venue Box Office to prove your age and that the name on the ticket matches the name on your ID.
No external food or drink will be permitted at the events. You will be able to purchase food and drinks from the bars and food vendors.
The official currency of Malta is the Euro. All official events and accommodations accept card payment, however if you need to exchange money this can be done at the bank, Western Union, post office, or the airport.

We will also send emails to customers who have booked about the most important information.
We advise typical beachwear for the daytime and light clothes for the evenings.
Some events will have a dress code theme which will be announced when the schedule is announced.

Malta use the Type G socket, also known as the British three-pin plug. UK guests will not need an adaptor. Please note, if staying at one of our hotels the rooms also have usb charging points.
Malta drive on the left side of the road, and the steering wheel is on the right side of the car (the same as the UK).
TICKETS, TABLES & PACKAGES
Tickets include entry to the events. Packages also include accommodation at one of our hotels.

Tables usually accommodate between 4 - 8 guests depending on the venue.
Once you confirm your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with all your booking details. You can log into your account on ... to view and download your ticket(s) at any time. This makes it easy to locate your ticket/booking when needed and avoids misplacing on your device! Otherwise, your ticket (PDF) will be sent to you via email a week prior to the event.
Please note that if you have booked with a deposit or payment plan, then your ticket will not be available to download until it is paid in full.

Name changes can be made up to 6 weeks before the event by logging in to your account and following the instructions on how to change a name.
Unfortunately, as part of our T&C'S, we do not accept refunds on tickets.
You can opt to pay for your booking:
- In one single payment.
- In an initial deposit (%) and a second subsequent balance payment.
- In a payment plan, comprised of 4 instalments including an initial deposit (25%) and 3 monthly payments.
* Payment plans are only valid on packages and do not apply to events only tickets or extras.

Yes, we have payment plan options available for packages. Please select the payment plan option in the "How would you like to pay" section on the final checkout page.
If you pay via the payment plan option, you will pay the first instalment at the time of booking and then pay the subsequent 3 instalments monthly. A 5% payment plan fee is added to the total balance for this service.
Payment Plans are only offered to customers when there’s enough time (4 months) to complete all payments before the experience start date.
Balance payments must be made as per the terms of your payment plan. Failure to do so would put you at risk of the booking being cancelled and losing any money already paid towards the balance.
If a payment plan has been set up, we will automatically take the instalment on each payment date on the plan. It is your responsibility to ensure payments do not fail.
If we are unable to charge your card, due to your card being expired, insufficient funds or it has been declined by the bank, don’t panic. We’ll attempt to take the payment again in seven days, giving you time to fix the issue or update your payment method.
Please be aware, that if the same payment fails 3 times, then your booking is at risk of being cancelled.

TRAVEL
Malta International Airport. St Paul's Bay and St Julians are around a 30-minute drive from the airport.
We advise using Uber and Bolt taxi services to travel around Malta.
All venues are less than 25 minutes drive from the package hotels.

The 5 night packages offer 4* accommodation at Bora Bora Resort!
We would advise booking / aariving Wednesday 16th September until Monday 21st September.

Yes, all rooms are based on at least 2 people sharing but we offer single-person packages allowing one person to book a double room and only pay for one events ticket.
No, to keep the costs down we have made breakfast optional. You can choose to add breakfast directly with the hotel on arrival.
If you're unable to book a package, you can book at alternative hotels, apartments or villas. We recommend using Booking.com or AirBnB.co.uk and staying in or around St Paul's Bay or St Julians.

Packages are based on people sharing a room, not the total group size.
If you have eight people in your group, for example, you could book 4 two-person packages or 2 four-person packages.
The rooms for bigger groups are cheaper but the discount applied to packages only applies to the tickets and is the same for all packages so you don't lose any savings by booking multiple packages.
